1 General Terms & Conditions

Au999 (bundles au999.fun) operates an online Sports Betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between au999 and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Au999 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

• These Terms apply in both Bangla and English; in the event of a conflict, the Bangla version shall prevail.
• All decisions made by au999 are final.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on au999, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. The most important is age — you must be 18 or older. No one under 18 may create an account, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

Each person may only register one account. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, au999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated bonuses or winnings. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Au999 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is BDT 100 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 500. Payment processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. au999 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Au999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read in full before claiming. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 150% on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x the bonus amount — so if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you must place a total of BDT 10,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• The welcome bonus is issued once per person only
• Bonus validity is generally 30 days; individual bonuses may have different expiry periods
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Any bonus claimed while using a VPN will be void
• Au999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

5 Betting Rules

Au999 offers betting on more than 20 sports, including cricket, football, tennis, and basketball. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Odds in live betting markets can change rapidly — always review the odds carefully before placing a bet.

If a match is cancelled or results in a draw, stakes are generally refunded. Different rules may apply for certain markets. In any dispute over results, au999's decision is final.

• Single, Accumulator, and System bets are supported
• Live betting is only finalized after payment confirmation
• If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, bets will be voided and the account suspended
• Suspicious betting on the same event from multiple accounts simultaneously will result in all bets being voided

6 KYC & Identity Verification

Au999 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent money laundering and protect users. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount.

KYC typically requires a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. In some cases, a utility bill or bank statement may also be requested as proof of address.

7 Account Security & Responsibility

Keep your au999 account password and login credentials completely confidential. Do not share them with anyone — au999 staff will never ask for your password. You are responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.

If you believe your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact au999 customer support immediately. Reporting promptly allows au999 to take steps to secure your account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly
• We recommend avoiding logging into your account over public Wi-Fi.
• Selling or transferring your account is strictly prohibited
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person is not permitted

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspected money laundering or illegal transactions
• Betting Manipulation or Scheming
• KYC Verification Failed

If you wish to close your account, please contact customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.

10 Liability Limitations

Au999 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or network issues on the platform. While au999 strives to provide the best possible service, technical disruptions cannot be entirely ruled out.
